Gibbs Farm, the internationally renowned sculpture collection situated beside the expansive Kaipara Harbour, is opening its gates for us in October.
Gibbs Farm includes major works by Anish Kapoor, Graham Bennett, Chris Booth, Daniel Buren, Bill Culbert, Neil Dawson, Marijke de Goey, Andy Goldsworthy, Ralph Hotere, Sol LeWitt, Len Lye, Russell Moses, Peter Nicholls, Eric Orr, Tony Oursler, George Rickey, Peter Roche, Richard Serra, Kenneth Snelson, Richard Thompson, Leon van den Eijkel and Zhan Wang.
Funds raised from this event will support the work of Artists Alliance. This will enable us to continue our track record of providing essential services to the visual arts sector through advice, advocacy, mentoring, internships, and workshops for over 25 years. As a not-for-profit organisation we work for and support the visual arts community in Aotearoa.
On: Thursday, October 26, 2017, 10am – 2pm
At: Gibbs Farm, 2421 Kaipara Coast Highway, Auckland. Access via Barr Rd for this fundraising event.
Cost: $85 general, $25 child (12 and under, 5 and under free). Booking fee applies. All proceeds go to Artists Alliance.

There are large lakes and ponds that will require supervision with children (if applicable) as will various animals at several locations on the property. Please note Gibbs Farm is a private property open by appointment only on scheduled monthly visitor days bookable through their website. No entry fee is applicable when visiting Gibbs Farm by appointment; the Trustees of Gibbs Farm have generously allowed us to arrange this event as an important fundraiser to support Artists Alliance.
